Welcome to Finca La Molina 

Finca La Molina is located in Monte Alegre  Torrox (Malaga) Spain
is a former "finca" from 1905, restaurated in the seventies and for a second time in 2004. It is just behind Torrox, which is one hour driving to Malaga- (International) Airport, and 30 minutes driving to Nerja. Look at www.nerja.org. Torrox Costa has nice "merendero's" on the coast and is only 15 km from the house. Torox claims on billboards to have "best climate of Europe". That is because of the Sierra Almijara wich keeps away the (inland) cold in winter and the heat in summer. The house (with swimming-pool)  is in the campo" and is situated on one hectare. It has beautiful views on olive- and avocado-trees and has a nice garden with palm-trees, cactuses, agaves etc. It is only 20 minutes driving to the sea (Torrox Costa), Torre del Mar and Nerja 30 minutes.In Andalusia the weather is wonderful all year over. Temp. approx. 22 end of April and in Oct./Nov/even Dec. May/June approx. 25 and July and August about 25-30 degrees.
